Post Race War Era
The creation of the city
The once fragmented horse tribes of the region had coalesced into a single group under the act of Shaw the Uniter the original leader of what would become Kyaht. However once he passed and his empire began crumbling from the in fighting of his generals, the group started to fracture. They eventually split into two separate groups that began warring against each other. Their fighting escalated more and more to the point of many groups being wiped apart. The daughter of the one tribe leader fell for the champion fighter of the other tribe. They began courting without knowing that both belonged to the other tribe. They both found out on the eve of a great battle between the two tribes. She begged for him not to fight but he said he couldn’t go against the orders of his tribe’s leader so she instead pleaded with her father. Both sides seemed unwilling to stop the fight. On the day of the attack the daughter, Elenore, stood in the no man’s land between the two clashing tribes standing between and against both sides. She was struck down in the heat of combat. The stories claim that as her body fell, her spirit engulfed the field. The love she felt for both sides spread through everybody on the field. When they realized what their fighting was causing and the loss of those that had been killed, they quit fighting and claimed a truce. They never again feuded with each other. They claimed the spot that this happened on was holy ground and came together as one tribe taking the name Elenore in the honor of her that fell.
